300M Team moves from IBD to RIA

Achieves 22%+ Organic Growth Year One

300M AUM Team departs IBD to join a fast growing and dynamic Independent RIA and attains first year growth of 52% ( 22% organic growth) through successful utilization of offerings.

Retain autonomy, control and independence while partnering with collegial culture in an employee owned, “anti-private equity” multi-billion AUM RIA that offers far more than a typical BD partnership for the fee-based practice.

• Flexible deal structuring provides new stakeholders with the same equity opportunities as founders, creating a collaborative environment for advisors to better serve their clients.

• Proven experience in M&A and integration to create a streamlined
  transition process utilizing expert third-party service providers with vast experience in transitioning advisors to RIA’s

• Leverage full-service operations and support teams to offload benefits, payroll, office finances, back-office duties and compliance.
• Custodian optionality and firm integration across custodial platforms (Fidelity, Schwab or Pershing).
