Job Description

Job Title: Team Leader Reports To: Registered Manager Location: Huddersfield Salary: £13.50  to £14.50 per hour DOE  Monthly Attendance Bonus: £150 per month Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week, Monday to Sunday, 3 Shifts Per Week / 162.50 hours  Sleep-ins: 10 Per Month at £52 per sleep.

Your Team: You will be supported by a Clinical in House Team as well as the Head of Care who is an Ex Ofsted Inspector.
Career Progression: Additionally, you will be enrolled in a fast-track Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership in Health and Social Care for Children. This qualification, combined with paid study leave, will equip you with the necessary expertise to excel as a Registered Manager.
Entry Requirements:
  • Genuine passion for working with children and promoting their welfare.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
  • Willingness to undergo training and professional development.
  • DOLS experience is desirable 
  • Positive behaviour management training/understanding.
  • Knowledge of the Children's Home Regulations and Ofsted Requirements.
  • A driving licence.
