We’re looking for a graduate to become a motivated Team Leader to join our high-performing production team at Reading This is a hands-on role where you'll lead from the front — managing your team, hitting production targets, and upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer service You will also need to have analytical experience and used to using Excel.
