Job Description

Team Leader – Social Care Recruitment (Perm/Temp)
Location: Greater Manchester/Liverpool
Salary: £45,000 DOE + Negotiable Commission
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant, Lead Consultant or Branch Manager to launch and lead a brand-new Social Care recruitment. This role offers the chance to build and grow a team while developing a highly profitable desk within an established and expanding recruitment business.
With access to several large PSL agreements covering 250+ services and additional exclusive roles with key providers, the successful candidate will step into a strong market position with significant growth potential.

 

The Role

  • Establish and lead a new Social Care recruitment branch
  • Manage a desk across permanent and temporary placements within the social care sector
  • Build strong relationships with providers, commissioners, and hiring managers
  • Utilise existing PSL agreements and exclusive roles to generate placements
  • Develop and implement growth strategies for the branch
  • Recruit, mentor, and build a team as the branch expands
  • Ensure high standards of service delivery to both clients and candidates

 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experienced Senior Consultant, Lead Consultant, or Branch Manager within recruitment
  • Background in Social Care recruitment preferred (perm or temp)
  • Proven ability to build and grow client relationships and revenue streams
  • Strong leadership potential with ambitions to build and lead a team
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to launch and grow a new branch
  • Target-driven with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
