Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and support team members to achieve daily and weekly objectives
Coordinate team activities and ensure tasks are completed effectively and on schedule
Monitor performance and provide guidance to help improve productivity and quality
Facilitate communication between team members and management
Assist with onboarding and training of new team members
Maintain a positive and professional team environment
