This position is responsible for supervising effective and safe daily activities of subordinates and meeting production deadlines.
Requirements
· Coordinate team’s work efforts within the station to facilitate completion of assigned installations.
· Utilize progressive discipline process up to written warnings to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
· Complete assigned tasks in station to the highest quality standards.
· Comply with the established procedures regarding the handling of parts to ensure a quality build and eliminate waste.
· Coordinate with support elements (M.E., Materials, and QA).
· Ensure proper training and when possible cross-train all station members to accomplish any/all installations done in station.
· Report unsafe work conditions and injuries immediately to appropriate personnel.
· Ensure that your workstation is clean at the end of shift and all tools are marked, operational and accounted for.
· Maintain good documentation in completing proper forms and account for labor against the installations.
· Ensure the LiveBus is completed properly and done prior to line move.
· Organize, plan and execute everything in the work station to ensure daily production line schedule is met.
· Keep track of part shortages and report shortages immediately.
· Communicate with team members and minimally conduct daily Toolbox meetings.
· Able to communicate and support a changing environment.
· Able to learn the Oracle system and be able to use it daily.
· Other duties as assigned
