Job Description: The Team Lead, Health Information, Registration & Information Services is a key leader in Saskatchewan health care, partnering with system leaders to achieve our province’s healthcare goals. Reporting to the Manager of Health Information and Registration and Information Services Prince Albert & Area, the Team Lead is responsible for contributing to the development, and achievement of, strategy, by articulating gaps and needs. The Team Lead supports strategy through operational and business plans and the execution and monitoring of same. The Team Lead demonstrates strong leadership to ensure that there is an innovative and positive working climate and a client-centric culture. The Team Lead must work cross functionally within the portfolio and across the organization to support operations. The Team Lead will work closely with other system partners.

Experience

• 3 years experience working in a Health Information or Registration Services

Education

• Health Information Management diploma (HIM)
• Relevant Undergraduate degree
• or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Medical Office Assistant diploma (MOA)

Licenses

• Valid Class 5 driver's license

• Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
