We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Title Closing to oversee title closing operations, ensure service quality, and lead a team of title closing professionals supporting U.S. mortgage transactions.
• Supervise daily title closing operations and team performance
• Review closing transactions for accuracy and compliance
• Support team members with escalations and complex closing issues
• Monitor productivity, quality, and service-level metrics
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback
• Coordinate with lenders, borrowers, attorneys, and internal stakeholders
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
• Minimum 2–3 years of U.S. title closing experience
• At least 1 year of team leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. title insurance and mortgage closing processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and internet research
