Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Drive achievement of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly qualified lead and sales order targets by improving lead-to-order conversion rates.

  • Manage day-to-day operations of a team of Tele Calling Executives, including attendance tracking, lead allocation, and performance monitoring.

  • Conduct regular call audits, live monitoring, coaching sessions, and training programs to enhance call quality, sales techniques, and team productivity.

  • Ensure accurate and timely CRM data entry, validate team-reported information, and generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

  • Monitor lead prioritization, minimize lead ageing, and enforce timely follow-ups to maximize conversion potential.

  • Enforce compliance with approved call scripts, campaign guidelines, pricing updates, escalation protocols, and customer communication standards.

  • Partner with Marketing, Quality Control, Sales Operations, and other cross-functional teams to improve lead quality, customer experience, and overall sales process efficiency.


Requirements


  • Graduate in any discipline required; PG in Sales or Marketing preferred

  • 3–5 years of experience in tele calling/inside sales with a proven track record as a top-performing individual contributor.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, dialer platforms, and Excel-based reporting and analysis

  • Prior experience in Solar, BFSI, Insurance, EdTech, or other high-ticket telesales environments.

  • Strong communication skills; working knowledge of regional languages relevant to the assigned states is an advantage

  • Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, trend analysis) and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
