How you’ll make a difference:
Reporting to the Manager, Talent Strategy & Human Resources Operations, the Team Lead is a strategic and innovative business partner who helps shape how we support our people. In this role, you will provide leadership, coaching and guidance to your team while fostering a stable, collaborative and creative work environment. You will ensure delivery of high-quality recruitment; in addition you will provide strategic HR consultative expertise and service to a client portfolio to enable our people to do their best work and contribute to WCB’s strategic goals.

Salary: $113,705 to $142,093 per annum (Salary Grade 14)
Successful candidate must reside in Alberta and be able to work in person from our Edmonton downtown office as required. Final candidates are required to undergo a security clearance as a condition of employment.
