Job Description

YOUR TASKS:

  • Direct Team lead for all GLF Mechanical and Electrical Supervisors in the Polish organization
  • Additional to actual Supervisor Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage supervisors to secure and support operations across multiple project locations;
  • Provided comprehensive support to supervisors executing internal processes and addressing company-related operational needs;
  • Ensure the planning and execution of training activities are carried out securely and efficiently, in compliance with internal safety protocols and operational standards;
  • Review Lead SV weekly reports;
  • Report and evaluate supervisor’s performance, ensuring alignment with supervision key performance indicators and supervision mission and vision;
  • Support the development and enhancement of new initiatives, supporting continuous improvement and innovation within company Supervision department

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operative project execution and construction for complex and international wind turbine projects
  • Professional technical education in the electronical and/or mechanical sector
  • Completed vocational training or university degree in Electronics /Mechatronics or similar field
  • Knowledge in the field of electrical- mechanical installation and finishing, supervision, commissioning, troubleshooting and service in the wind industry
  • Open-minded and ability to work within different countries and cultures
  • Good communication skills in English language in word and writing.
  • Good communication skills in German, Spanish and Portuguese language in word and writing is from advantage
  • Organized and structured person, with a strong and clear results orientation
