Brief Job Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, hands-on Team Lead to drive a dynamic squad of engineers in developing and maintaining critical software applications. This isn't a "sit back and delegate" role; we need an innovator who leads from the front. The ideal candidate is a technical powerhouse who knows how to get the job done, balancing active coding with the mentorship and tactical management of a high-performing team. You will be the bridge between technical execution and project delivery, ensuring our solutions are scalable, secure, and cutting-edge.

Compensation
Base Salary Range: USD $134,100.00 – $173,900.00 annually.
Target Annual Bonus: % Varies based on level of role.
Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate’s skill set, experience, qualifications, equity, and other job-related reasons.

Our Governing Bodies
The USP Convention helps guide our areas of impact – nearly 500 Member Organizations from around the world contribute valuable perspectives, experiences, and expertise from across healthcare and science. In addition to collaborating on critical healthcare and science matters, every five years, Convention Members adopt USP Resolutions and elect USP’s Board of Trustees and the Council of Experts who lead USP’s standards-setting Expert Committees.
