Team Lead, Software Development - 4

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:

• Lead and guide a multidisciplinary agile team in delivering high-quality software solutions
• Collaborate with software engineers, QA engineers, architects, and business analysts to design and build scalable applications
• Define tasks, priorities, and technical direction for the team
• Take ownership of both individual deliverables and overall team outcomes
• Foster collaboration, communication, and knowledge sharing within the team
• Mentor and support team members to drive growth and continuous improvement
• Contribute to building cloud-native, data-driven solutions integrated with Infor CloudSuite.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in software engineering with a focus on building scalable applications
• Strong commitment to writing high-quality, maintainable code
• Treats unit testing as an intrinsic part of the development process
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to take ownership and contribute to team-level success.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AWS cloud services such as DynamoDB, KMS, OpenSearch, Kinesis, S3, SQS, Aurora, or similar
• Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, GraphQL, Kotlin, Scala, or Python
• Understanding of SOLID programming principles and pair programming practices
• Experience with containerization and deployment technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker
• Familiarity with AWS CLI and cloud development workflows.
