About the role

Has the responsibility of the implementing the most effective and efficient sourcing tool to close the client requirement and achieve assigned GP

What you’ll be doing

• Responsible for handling IT & Non-IT requirements for Professional Staffing.
• Manage, Mentor and Drive the recruitment team to achieve business goals
• Work with the team and increase their performance, by constantly motivating and developing them
• Client and Account management
• Achieve performance and revenue targets
• Responsible for achieving efficiency in process and delivery.
• Responsible for updating the regular MIS and publishing Recruitment Dashboards to the management
• Achieve performance within specific deadlines
• Should act as a coach and mentor for the team

Job Requirements

Education - Bachelors Degree or equivalent

Work experience -Minimum 5+ years of experience in managing, Onboarding and Client Relationship.
