Compensation Package:

• Hourly wage: $15.25 - $16.00
• Bi-weekly direct deposit

Key Responsibilities:

• Dusting furniture, equipment, partitions, and walls
• Cleaning and disinfecting sinks, countertops, floors, toilets, mirrors, tables, chairs, refrigerators, microwaves, and more in restrooms, break rooms, and kitchenettes
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and hand scrubbing floors
• Emptying trash and recyclables into designated disposal areas
• Wiping down walls, woodwork, doors, and baseboards
• Arriving punctually to client locations, performing services to the specified standards, and ensuring the clients’ facilities are secure upon departure
• Adhering to all safety regulations and protocols related to task performance, product usage, and incident reporting

Skills and Qualifications:

• Attention to detail – meticulously attentive to every aspect at customer sites, especially special requests
• Friendly and professional demeanor – comfortable interacting with clients while performing cleaning duties
• Self-motivated – able to identify and initiate tasks independently
• Strong problem-solving skills and practical reasoning
• Effective communication skills with a positive attitude

Pay Range: $15.25 - $16.00 per hour

Experience Required:

• Supervisory experience: 2 years (preferred)
• Training experience: 2 years (preferred)
• Language proficiency: bilingual candidates preferred English and Spanish
