The Team Lead, Quantity Surveying & Cost Assurance is responsible for leading cost estimation, budgeting
and cost control efforts across all design, renovation, and construction projects. This role ensures financial
integrity and value-for-money throughout the project lifecycle by developing cost benchmarks, verifying
contractor claims, managing Bills of Quantities, and overseeing procurement assessments.
Education
First degree in Quantity Surveying (HND/BSc/B.Tech) and Professional Certification from Nigeria
Institute of Quantity Surveyors, Registered Quantity Surveyor or equivalent international certification
approved by Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN)
Experience
Minimum experience: 10 years relevant experience
