We are looking for a QA Team Lead (all genders) to strengthen our engineering team and ensure world-class quality for the connectivity foundation of TeamViewer Remote, Tensor, and ONE.
This is your chance to own the quality strategy for mission-critical products, mentor talented QA engineers, and work with cutting-edge technologies in a truly global environment.
As part of the development cluster leaders for TeamViewer ONE, you’ll ensure that the quality criteria are met across our engineering teams for our deliverables. You will be expected to lead your team members in best practices for manual testing, automated testing and AI development in Quality Assurance. Furthermore, you will initiate and drive improvements for our software development process.
Ensure the quality goals for our TeamViewer ONE & Remote Management solution
Align all testing efforts across teams and drive quality standards for Remote Access & Control.
Provide leadership and coaching to QA engineers, fostering growth and best practices.
Maintain and evolve hands-on test automation frameworks while performing manual and exploratory testing.
Introduce the latest AI development and guide your QA engineers through the fast-paced environment
Communicate with customers to analyze and fix product defects
Work closely with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams worldwide.
Introduce new tools, techniques, and processes to improve efficiency and coverage.
Advocate for quality at every stage of the development lifecycle.
Work independently on solutions for specified requirements and be responsible for complying with time and quality specifications
Ensure that our software is secure, stable, scalable and runs efficiently
Monitor the latest technical developments in your field and make proposals for improvement
Guide and assist other team members in quality assurance topics relevant for the team
A university or college degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Solid hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance is essential.
Strong focus on scalability and performance, with the ability to validate that solutions operate efficiently under increasing workloads
Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Ranorex, Cypress or Playwright
Familiarity with AI tools for coding like Claude Code, Github Co-pilot, Cursor, Antigravity
Proven track record in senior QA or QA Lead roles, including team management and mentoring.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive quality initiatives and foster continuous improvement.
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality software.
Experience in agile software delivery processes and coordination across cross-functional teams.
Excellent collaboration skills; able to work independently and across departments.
8+ years of professional experience in the field of software development
Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as German are a plus.
