Key Responsibilities :
1.Plan and formulate strategies in accordance with the policy and sales target.
2.Expand new customer base and increase product sales valume according to sales target.
3.Follow up and take care of customers and provide financial advice to customers.
4.Plan marketing and conduct marketing activities according to the Bank's policy to promote financial products and cross sell to meet sales target.
5.Visit and follow up with customers to do cross sell and inspect the customer issuse and obstacles of using the services for improvement.
6.Maintain customer base and build relationship closely with existing customers as well as follow up on the movements of customers regularly.
7.Supervise and monitor product management of other business activities as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications & Skills :
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
•Knowledge of investment products, financial planning, and regulatory requirements.
•Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, performance-driven environment.
•Preferrable license requirements of Single License, Life Insurance License, and Non-life Insurance License.
