Are you ready to lead a high-impact team at the intersection of Data Analytics and IT Transformation? We are looking for a dual-role professional to serve as a Project Manager for complex analytics projects and a Team Lead providing disciplinary leadership to our Project Management and Data Analytics specialists.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and strategic leadership. You will be accountable for people development, performance management, and the seamless delivery of high-stakes projects within the Bosch Group.

Disciplinary Leadership & Team Empowerment

  • People Leadership: Provide disciplinary guidance, mentorship, and performance management for the Project Management and Data Analytics team.
  • Culture Building: Foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture and empower employees to take ownership of their professional growth.
  • Resource Management: Oversee team capacity and talent allocation to ensure project demands are met across the division.

Strategic Project Management

  • End-to-End Delivery: Lead the planning, execution, and closing of complex analytics projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Financial Steering: Manage project portfolios with budgets exceeding €3M, applying standardization techniques for financial steering and reporting.
  • Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks across multiple IT products and solutions within the analytics landscape.

Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Division Liaison: Act as a key interface between the Power Tools division and Central IT, managing high-touch customer relationships.
  • Communication Leadership: Drive transparency through regular status updates, executive steering committees, and collaborative workshops.
  • Conflict Resolution: Serve as the primary point of escalation for project-related issues and stakeholder misalignment.

Quality & Process Excellence

  • Standards Adherence: Ensure all projects follow established PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) and maintain rigorous documentation (QA, knowledge bases, and progress reports).
  • Continuous Improvement: Evaluate project outcomes through post-mortems to drive process optimization and organizational learning.

Qualifications

  • Academic Background: University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven Track Record: Minimum of 7 years in Project Management, specifically within IT or Data Analytics environments.
  • Scale & Scope: Experience managing cross-functional projects with budgets of €3M+ and leading global development teams of 15+ members.
  • Project Management Certification (PMI / IPMA).
  • Methodologies: Deep proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and classic Project Management. Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is highly preferred.
  • Portfolio Management: Expert-level skills in financial steering, resource planning, and stakeholder mapping.
  • Leadership Presence: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical Mindset: A structured, goal-oriented approach to problem-solving and strategic execution.
  • Great communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in managing diverse teams.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes (performance management, conflict resolution, coaching, development).
  • Language: Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken). German language skills are a significant advantage.
