Full Time roles are eligible for the above, plus:

Service is at the core of everything we do. As a Team Lead, you will oversee daily operations, support and coach team members, and ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery. This role combines leadership and guest service, with a focus on team accountability, performance, smooth operations, and delivering an exceptional experience for every guest.

Job Specifications:
  • Starting Wage: $23.00/hr - $27.05/hr

  • Employment Type: Year Round

  • Shift Type: Full Time hours available

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, opening and closing procedures, and workflow coordination
  • Act as the lead point of contact during assigned shifts, resolving or escalating issues as needed
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Model company values and service standards
  • Provide accurate information and facilitate guest access to resort products, services, and experiences
  • Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems to manage customer profiles, process payments, discounts, exchanges, and returns, and complete daily audits
  • Comfortable using computer systems and learning new tools and applications, including Microsoft Office, to support daily tasks
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of resort products, services, policies, and procedures
  • Deliver exceptional guest service by addressing questions, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and external partners via phone, email, and in person
  • Train, coach, and support team members; assist with hiring and onboarding
  • Monitor employee performance and provide ongoing feedback, recognition, and corrective action when needed
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest experiences
  • Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked work areas, facilities, and equipment, including active participation in daily and routine cleaning tasks
  • Monitor and manage operational supplies and inventory as needed
  • Willing and able to work across multiple locations and service areas, demonstrating versatility and actively developing knowledge and proficiency across all products and services within the department
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in guest service, ski school, or related operations
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in variable weather conditions
  • Strong communication skills (fluent in English)
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

The expected pay range is $23.00/hr - $27.05/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
