Deine Mission
Als Team Lead Procurement & Demand Planning übernimmst du die fachliche und personelle Führung unseres 3-köpfigen Einkaufs-Teams. Mit Deinem Blick für das große Ganze und Deiner Leidenschaft für Verhandlungen baust Du starke Lieferantenbeziehungen auf und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Produkte zuverlässig und profitabel verfügbar sind.
Führung & Entwicklung Fachliche und personelle Leitung unseres 3-köpfigen Procurement-Teams
Strategisches & Operatives Procurement Verantwortung für das gesamte Einkaufsvolumen von 175 Produkten inkl. Vertrags- und Konditionsverhandlungen sowie Aufbau langfristiger Lieferantenpartnerschaften in Deutschland und dem EU-Markt – dabei unterstützt Du auch operativ im Tagesgeschäft und bringst Dich hands-on ein
Demand Planning Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung des Forecastings, um Produktverfügbarkeiten sicherzustellen und Kosten zu optimieren
Lieferantenmanagement Identifikation, Auswahl und Bewertung neuer Lieferanten sowie Pflege bestehender Partnerschaften
Reisetätigkeit Du besuchst Lieferanten und Produktionsstätten, um Partnerschaften zu stärken und Prozesse sicherzustellen, und nutzt Messebesuche gezielt zur Identifikation neuer Lieferanten und neuer Rohstoffe
Prozess & Strategie Leitung strategischer Einkaufsinitiativen, Optimierung von Beschaffungs- und Planungsprozessen mit Blick auf Skalierbarkeit, Nachhaltigkeit und Profitabilität
Analyse & Zusammenarbeit Monitoring relevanter KPIs, Ableitung von Maßnahmen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Finance, Operations und Product Development
Du bringst erste Führungserfahrung mit und hast Freude daran, ein Team weiterzuentwickeln und zu motivieren
Du zeichnest Dich durch sehr gute Verhandlungskompetenz aus und hast bereits erfolgreich langfristige Lieferantenbeziehungen aufgebaut
Du verfügst über Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Du arbeitest analytisch und strukturiert, bleibst aber zugleich hands-on und pragmatisch in der Umsetzung. Dabei hast Du ein Gespür dafür, Einkaufs- und Planungsprozesse zu optimieren und so aufzustellen, dass sie langfristig skalierbar sind
Du bist kommunikationsstark und kannst mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern – von Finance über Operations bis zur Produktentwicklung – auf Augenhöhe zusammenarbeiten

InnoNature was launched in 2016 by our founding couple Julia and Gil Lang. For health reasons, the two turned their lifestyle upside down and focused on a balanced diet, a positive mindset and regular exercise in everyday life. The small range of natural, high-dose and effective products to support holistic well-being at that time gave them the idea for InnoNature.
It all started with nutritional supplements. With a clear vision and a great team of experts, we have since expanded the range to include superfoods, latte blends, teas, kids products and natural cosmetics.

Thus, we believe that an interplay of inside and outside is important in order to support one's own body in the best possible way. Holistic well-being goes hand in hand with consideration for people, animals and the environment. Therefore, we also have PETA, the Welthungerhilfe and the Dobbertin Monastery as our firm partnerships. Thus, each product sold provides a school meal or soap for children in Africa (Burundi).
✨Pure: We have every batch of our products tested by an independent laboratory and, in the same way, all our natural cosmetic products are tested by Dermatest® for their skin compatibility. In addition, we do not use any artificial additives or sweeteners in our products.
✨Sustainability: Product development is in our own hands. We officially cooperate with ClimatePartner to offset our emissions and we never tire of constantly developing, because the topic is very close to our hearts.
