Mercedes-Benz Group Services Poland (MBGSPL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz Group AG. As a Finance Operations Center for the AG and its subsidiaries, we offer innovative solutions in the areas of finance and controlling. Founded in 2024, we are currently in a strong development phase and want to develop quickly to contribute to the economic success of the Group in Krakow.

Become part of our management team as soon as possible and take on a leading role in the area of Process Management P2P!

These are your tasks:

· Content-related contact person and responsible for process and data management at Mercedes-Benz AG and Mercedes-Benz Group AG

· Professional and disciplinary management of approx. 15 employees

· Recruitment and formation of a team for process management

· First contact for the relocation of process management roles to Krakow in close coordination with the contact persons of the transferring departments and project management

· Securing of the required process documentation for the transferred processes and establishment of stable knowledge management

· Development of a strong work organization and establishment of a cooperation model with the process managers at Mercedes Benz AG

· Operational excellence in your area of responsibility, steering based on meaningful key performance indicators (KPI) and reporting to divisional management

· Supporting the development of work instructions and guidelines

· Implementation, documentation, and continuous development of the internal control system (ICS)

· Contact for legal authorities, auditors and corporate audit

· Active promotion of continuous improvement processes (CIP)

· Possibility of mobile working - currently 3 days presence and 2 days possibility to work remotely

Qualifikationen

Professional:

· Education: Degree in economics or comparable education

Experience

· Initial people leading experience (technical and disciplinary), ideally in a process management function

· Professional and disciplinary management experience and extensive overall understanding of business administration through several years of professional experience in process management, preferably for accounts payable as well as routine handling of common data analysis instruments (e.g. target/actual comparison)

IT skills:

· Confident handling of MS Office

· SAP R/3 or SAP 4HANA (modules MM/FI/BW) desirable

· Overall IT affinity desirable

Languages:

· Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken

· Knowledge of German would be a big advantage, but is not mandatory

Personal:

· Individuality: Appreciation, empathy and enthusiasm for working with people, diligence, even with a temporarily high workload

Working style:

· Ability to work independently and responsibly, ability to understand and analyze processes quickly
