Manages the daily operations of the front office of a BHMG medical practice. This position will oversee and train the front office and scheduling staff. Will also act as a liaison between the hospital and providers when needed. Will promote, develop and initiate processes to obtain patient satisfaction scores above or at BHMG benchmarks. Responsibilities include working with Practice Manager for better workflows and overseeing some responsibilities when practice manager is out of the office. Team Lead must have a thorough knowledge of pre-certification, pre-authorizations and scheduling cases with the hospital when needed. The role will require good sense of judgement and critical thinking skills and will require interaction with the clinic staff, providers as well as hospital departments
Minimum Education, Experience, Training and Licensures Required:
High School diploma or equivalent
Two years of job-related experience
Medical office experience preferred
