YOUR ROLE
As a Team Leader Logistics Returns, you and your team are responsible for processing all returns from bol., with a primary focus on recovery and ensuring high-quality returns handling. You exceed expectations every day, starting with your team. You enjoy guiding people through change, showing genuine attention to their development, while keeping goals and results firmly in sight.

Above all, you have the personality to maintain oversight and make the right decisions in a dynamic and sometimes hectic environment. You approach every situation with a problem-solving mindset and are service-oriented and quality-driven in everything you do.

To achieve this, you are frequently present on the shop floor, monitoring processes and adjusting where needed. You distribute tasks and set priorities, always aiming to achieve KPIs that lead to maximum customer satisfaction.

As a Team Leader, you work in close collaboration with our partner bol. This role takes place during regular working hours. You report to the Operations Manager and are based at the bol. Returns Center in Waalwijk.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Full focus on the recovery and quality of the returns process;

• Proposing improvements to the logistics processes;

• Performing measurements, creating reports, and conducting analyses;

• Optimal deployment of people and resources to achieve objectives;

• Monitoring daily operations and adjusting when necessary;

• Conducting performance and appraisal interviews, and supervising absence management.

• You have completed an MBO-level education;

• You have several years of experience in a managerial or coordinating role;

• You have fluent proficiency in both Dutch and English;

• You are available full-time, which for us means 40 hours per week.

• You will receive a monthly salary between € 2.946,90 en € 4.187,42 and 8% holiday allowance (grading depending on your work experience and education level);

• You start with a one-year contract and then get the prospect of permanent employment;
