Job Description

Inbox Business Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead who will lead a team of technical professionals and oversee projects from conception to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring ensure delivery of timely and effective support and service delivery.

Employment Type: Contractual employment

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of technical professionals to ensure project success
• Develop project plans and provide status updates to executive leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project risks and mitigate them
• Manage project budgets and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members
• Foster an environment of collaboration, mentorship, and continuous improvement within the team
• Create and maintain documentation related to project requirements, technical designs, and deployment plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce or related field
• Hands on Experience of EUS and IT Support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong People and Customer Management skills
• Proven ability to lead teams to successful project delivery
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
