This is a hybrid position at our West Hartford, CT office.
Department & Position Overview:
The Team Lead of Care will have an innovative, entrepreneurial spirit as well as a passion for continually improving the way we do things. This is a leadership role that will partner with us in our efforts to continually and iteratively make every aspect of our services better for patients, while maintaining appropriate requirements of the Structured Family Care, state, and federal regulations.
This person will be responsible for the traditional parts of a team lead role: planning, organizing, coordinating, evaluating, and providing guidance and supervision of our Care Specialists. The Team lead will report directly to the General Operations Managers.

At FreedomCare, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides our employees with the opportunity to professionally grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $26.00 and $30.00 an hour at the commencement of your first year of employment. Compensation decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors which may include, but are not limited to: skill set, years of relevant experience, education, location, and licensure/certifications.
