Mobile Development Team Lead (Remote, EU) – Up to $6,500/month
We’re partnering with a fast-growing, product-led SaaS company on a mission to simplify how product teams collaborate, plan, and ship. They’re now hiring a Mobile Development Team Lead to shape and scale their mobile engineering function.
This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in the EU.
As the Mobile Team Lead, you'll be the technical and strategic driver of mobile development, taking ownership of architecture, delivery, and team growth. You’ll work cross-functionally with design, product, and backend teams to bring features to life that directly impact thousands of users.
There’s a strong preference for someone who understands the complexities of restaurant or food delivery platforms—but this isn’t a dealbreaker.
Lead and mentor a small team of mobile engineers (iOS/Android or cross-platform)
Own the architecture and performance of the mobile application
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to plan and deliver scalable solutions
Introduce best practices in mobile development, testing, and CI/CD
Ensure a high-quality user experience through robust code and design decisions
Influence hiring, tech choices, and roadmap decisions as the mobile team scales
5+ years of hands-on mobile development experience (Swift, Kotlin, or React Native)
Previous experience in a technical leadership or team lead role
Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and scalable design patterns
Experience with cross-platform frameworks (React Native preferred)
Strong communicator and collaborator in remote-first teams
Bonus: Background in food delivery, hospitality tech, or related domains
