HappyFox is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Mid-Market Team Lead to drive a team of sales representatives focused on selling cutting-edge solutions to mid-market companies while helping the team achieve sales targets, expand the customer base and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Lead, manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, ensuring they meet and exceed sales goals while effectively identifying and acquiring new clients and actively contribute to sales by carrying individual quotas
Develop and implement strategies to grow the mid-market customer base, managing and closing complex sales cycles to drive new logo acquisitions and market expansion
Monitor key sales metrics and provide actionable insights to management, continuously improving sales processes and driving team development
Collaborate closely with internal teams Sales Engineering, Account Management and Customer Success to refine sales strategies, streamline execution, and enhance customer outcomes
Leverage data insights, customer intents, and adoption history to prospect new clients, increase market penetration, and boost retention rates
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a top-performing sales professional, with a proven track record of success in selling to mid-market companies
Deep understanding of industry trends, with the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers
Strong sales skills, including business justification, negotiation, and closing complex deals
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and build rapport with clients
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a focus on both individual and team goals
