What You’ll Do
A Logistics & Fulfillment Team Lead manages daily warehouse operations, supervising staff who pick, pack, and ship orders. They assign daily tasks, track performance goals, enforce safety rules, and solve supply chain problems to ensure goods move fast and accurately.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

• Team Management: Direct daily shift work, schedule staff, train new hires, and assign floor tasks.
• Operations Oversight: Monitor picking, packing, shipping speed, and inventory accuracy.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce workplace safety rules, report hazards, and keep equipment ready.
• Problem Solving: Fix shipping delays, correct stock errors, and handle workflow bottlenecks.
• Collaboration: Work with purchasing, sales, and transport groups to keep goods moving.

What You Bring to the Role

• Experience: 2 to 3 years working in a warehouse, supply chain, or logistics setting.
• Leadership: Proven ability to coach team members and lead daily operations.
• Communication: Proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Technical Skills: Comfort using warehouse management software, scanners, and data metrics tools.
• Physical Ability: Capability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items as needed.
