Robert Bosch LLC seeks Team Lead – Lean Digital Transformation (Multiple Positions) at its facility located at 1 Tower Lane, Suite 3100, Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181. Lead a small, diverse team to drive the lean digital transformation throughout the Mobility Aftermarkets organization within North America. Responsible for coordinating the Lean Digital Transformation project within the North American Mobility Aftermarkets business. (25%) Leverage sound Project and Program Management expertise to coordinate the MA-NA lean digital transformation program. Use this expertise to deliver solutions to automate existing pain points using sound project management discipline. Facilitate Lean & Digital Workshops, as requested. (8%) Oversee Digitalization & Lean community building through knowledge sharing events, quarterly recognition, ambassador development and annual target setting. (17%) Utilize GPS (Hoshin Kanri) Process for Mobility Aftermarkets, including leadership workshop planning and facilitation. Maintain Balanced Scorecard (Target Landscape) including annual KPI identification, design and monthly updates. (17%) Supervise, mentor and coach lean digital specialist(s). (15%) Partner with Digitalization & Business Process Automation Expert to develop and operate a robust new project intake process for MA-NA. Develop In-take Process for new D&A opportunities. (5%) Develop deep business process knowledge and foster relationships within critical business areas (and/or leverage existing). (5%) Conduct Digital Lean Management Wave Planning and Execution, as needed, including innovating a new blueprint/tactical implementation for integrated lean digital waves. (8%). REQS: This position requires a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Analytics or a related field, and 5 years of experience as a Lean Improvement Analyst, Continuous Improvement Analyst, Robotic Process Automation Analyst or in an occupation involving process improvement, IT or Digital Transformation. Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with: (1) Project and Program Management; (2) Improvement methodologies such as Lean/Six Sigma and Agile (eg. Epochs, Sprints, or Retrospectives); (3) Analyzing large quantities of data to deliver actionable insight using Excel; (4) Power BI, Alteryx or other analytical/automation software; and (5) Applying lean management methodology such as McKinsey or Shingojitsu. 10-20% international and domestic travel. Telecommuting: 3 days/ week work from home. Wage Range: $120,370 - $137,000.00 per year.
