Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Partners with Management Teams of designed Legal Entities by being the point of local people expert in implementing people & culture strategies with a strategic partnership with teams, managers, and key stakeholders to help build organisation and people capability, and shape and implement effective people strategies and activities within the organisation.
  • Provides strategic HR alignment to ensure the HR services are well delivered to the designated product line/business unit/plant by effectively implementing the country HR strategy, policies, programs and in line with the agreed HR service delivery model, fully leveraging their partnership with CoEs Team.
  • Interacts with all stakeholders as a front-line HR to consult people leaders and employees in regard with all HR matters the designated product product line/business unit/plant as a trusted partner to the business to drive impact in talent, leadership, culture and capability.
  • Maintains, builds, and enhances the positive relationships and interactions among employer and employees, and at a broader level helps foster a sense of community within the company. Additionally, ensure HR Operations are well compliant with locally relevant laws and regulations.

Education & Experience

  • Administration, English, Law, etc, preferably in HR Management.
  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management or Professional/Organizational Learning is strongly preferred.
  • Professional Certificate in HR/HRBP (SHRM, HRCI, AHRI, etc..) is a plus
  • Management with relevant practical working experience in HR and L&OD for the medium-sized multinational hi-tech manufacturing organization (light industry) of developing, implementing and evaluating appropriate people interventions.
  • 1+ years managerial/leadership experience HR Management

Skills

o Masterful ability to use both English and Vietnamese.

o Skilled at developing and implementing aggressive learning plans with a full cycle of learning process, from Training Need Analysis, budgeting, implementation & delivery to evaluation and professional people development strategy in support of company strategic goals.

o Skilled at implementing aggressive OD & Change Process with a full cycle of entering, contracting, diagnosing, intervening, managing change, evaluating and institutionalising in support of company strategic goals.

o Experience and track record in delivering creative solutions to HR or people related challenges.

o Project management experience is an advantage.

o Solid business HR experience or HR general management with HR fundamentals and experience in performance management, talent and leadership management.

o Ability to excel in a cross-organizational, cross-cultural, global-team environment.

o Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and communication (written and verbal) skills, and the demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with outside suppliers and all levels of leadership.

o Excellent in MS Office

o Must work well under pressure with proactive approach including managing multiple deadlines and changing project scope/direction.

o Be able to lead and handle HR projects and multiple tasks effectively with strong base of data analysis

  • Works in standard office/manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to handle stress, proactive thinking, good initiative, and readiness for changes are essential demands at work.

  • Normal office related physical requirements.
