The Evening Housekeeping Supervisor at The Arrabelle at Vail Square supports housekeeping leadership by overseeing evening operations, ensuring room readiness, maintaining inventory and supply levels, coordinating with other departments, and delivering exceptional guest service.This role requires strong organizational skills, bilingual communication, and the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced luxury resort environment.

Job Specifications:

  • Starting Wage: $23.00/hr - $27.05/hr

  • Employment Type: Year Round (10-month)

  • Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available

  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

  • Housing Availability: No


Job Responsibilities:

  • Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met.
  • Monitor room status, identify discrepancies, and coordinate resolution with the Front Desk.
  • Prioritize and communicate room assignments and operational updates across departments.
  • Serve as a liaison between Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry.
  • Oversee inventory control, stocking of supplies, and tracking of usage and shortages.
  • Assist management with staff training, scheduling, performance support, and employee engagement.
  • Communicate shift updates, unresolved issues, and priorities to the next shift.
  • Complete required documentation, reports, and system updates accurately and timely.
  • Uphold Vail Resorts safety standards, brand expectations, and guest service culture.


Job Requirements:

  • Bilingual required: Must speak, read, and write English and Spanish.
  • Minimum 6 months of housekeeping operations experience; supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with computers and housekeeping or property management systems;
  • Microsoft Office experience preferred, IQware knowledge, Alice, IQtrac.
  • Ability to multitask, maintain attention to detail, and work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Valid Colorado driver’s license or ability to obtain preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds independently and more with assistance.
  • Ability to push/pull loaded carts and equipment over uneven surfaces.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
  • Ability to read small print and enter information into computer systems.

The expected pay range is $23.00/hr - $27.05/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
