Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Minimum three (3) years of experience with sourcing, procurement operations, or procurement consulting.
3. Knowledge of ERP systems; Ariba and SAP experience.
4. Experience leading, supervising, or managing team members, including workload management, coaching, and performance support.
5. Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
6. Must be flexible; work schedule is US/EST.
7. Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
8. Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

2. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage by influence and collaborate across GBS teams, internal stakeholders, suppliers, and broader business partners.
3. Excellent data analysis skills and demonstrated ability to analyze, organize, and report data.

5. Knowledge of current purchasing practices, simple sourcing activities, and negotiation.
6. Critical thinker and active listener with good time management skills to work with suppliers and internal stakeholders to define or meet deliverables.
7. Demonstrable autonomy and drive to operate independently when required, bringing clear thinking and reasoning in the decision-making process.
8. Project management, change management, or continuous improvement experience.
9. Demonstrated competencies in simple sourcing of indirect materials and services.
10. Self-starter: able to understand and anticipate what needs to be done and take required action.
11. Strong problem-solving skills and good judgment to make important decisions.
12. Catalog enablement and development experience highly desired.
13. Experience working in medical device or related industry.
