Team Lead Future Programs (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Planning, managing, and coordinating personnel deployment and resource allocation
• Responsibility for the execution of proposal activities and studies on future-oriented topics
• Business development and acquisition of new projects, including the development of project-specific business concepts
• Proposal and contract management, including leading proposal and contract negotiations
• Preparation of market analyses
• Primary point of contact for clients, partners, and other relevant stakeholders
• Establishing, maintaining, and further developing relationships with clients, suppliers, decision-makers, and executives from industry, business, and academia
• Ensuring and taking responsibility for new business order intake and acquisition targets

Your Qualifications

• Successfully completed degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline
• Several years of professional experience in a relevant environment, ideally within the space, satellite communications (SatCom), or defense industry, as well as in sales or business development
• Experience collaborating with institutional, public-sector, or governmental customers in Germany and Europe
• Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and a high degree of teamwork and collaboration capability
• Excellent communication and presentation skills combined with empathy, negotiation expertise, and the ability to influence and drive outcomes
• Strong innovative mindset as well as an independent, structured, and results-oriented way of working
• Good knowledge of relevant customers, competitors, and suppliers within the market environment is an advantage
• Willingness to undertake national and international business travel
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Organized and structured working style
• Initial leadership experience or experience in the functional management of teams and projects is desirable
