Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
• Develop financial models, scenario analysis, and business cases to support strategic decisions.
• Monitor financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year results.
• Develop and maintain management dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting tools.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve profitability, cost efficiency, and operational performance.
• Provide financial insights on pricing, investments, resource allocation, and business initiatives.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and digitalization across financial planning and reporting activities.
• Strengthen internal controls, data integrity, and reporting accuracy.
• Support audits, tax-related activities, and ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of FP&A, Finance, or Accounting experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Prior team leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and develop business insights.
• Experience with ERP systems; Oracle ERP experience is an advantage.
• Good understanding of financial reporting, internal controls, and business performance management.
• Intermediate English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to influence business decisions through data.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
