As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the financial decision-making process of the Group. You will be responsible for leading the team that analysing financial data, preparing reports, and providing valuable insights to guide strategic and operational initiatives working closely with the executive team, the Office of the CFO and various other Stakeholders. Your drive and ideas will help us move faster, improve smarter, and stay ahead of the game.
What you’ll do
You’ll take ownership of work that gives us our competitive edge, including:
Working closely with the Financial Directors and Finance VP’s to analyse monthly results and performance against budget and prior year, highlighting variances and providing explanations to support the CFO in reporting results, both internal and external.
Manage the day-to-day output of your team to ensure key deliverables are met on time and are accurate.
Assisting with the design, preparation and automatization of detailed financial reports and analysis to provide management with accurate and timely information for decision-making purposes.
Compiling of analysis and writing of commentary for SEC and other regulatory reporting, including MD&A in the SEC filings and Board reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial models, evaluate investment opportunities, and assess the financial impact of business initiatives.
Assist in the preparation of financial presentations for the executive team and board reporting, with the focus on value adding commentary.
Conduct ad hoc project work which may include for example thorough financial research and analysis on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions such as changes in regulations and entering new markets to support strategic planning.
Work closely with the senior management and FDs to assist in ad hoc projects to improve procedures/SOX reporting/month end process for example.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
Using planning methods like predictive planning, driver-based planning, and multi-scenario planning to create financial forecasts.

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in finance or related field
Minimum 3 years’ experience working as a financial analyst
Proficiency working with financial software and tools
Strong financial commentary writing skills for board reporting and investors presentations
Experience with designing reports in PowerBI or similar reporting platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
Proficient in financial modelling, forecasting, and analysis
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve
It would be great if you also have some of the following skills:
Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry
Experience in compiling projections and due diligence for M&A’s
Knowledge of statistical analysis processes and packages
Experience in a corporate finance setting
