This is a hands on Team Lead role for someone who wants to lead a small team while making a real difference.

What you will do

• Lead and support team members on site

• Help organize and sort household items for sale, donation, or relocation

• Keep projects running smoothly, safely, and efficiently

• Create a positive and supportive team environment

• Communicate progress clearly with management
