Job Responsibilities

• Handling large volume manual Bank Reconciliations & Accounting Receivables
• Investigate, Clear, and Liaise with Internal and External stakeholders to resolve Outstanding and Unreconciled items in a Timely Manner
• Ensure proper documentation, follow‑ups, and closure of reconciling items to support audit and compliance requirements
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to reconciliation processes and reporting efficiency

Person Specifications

• 4+ years relevant work experience in Finance & Accounting
• Exposure to foreign client management
• Completed or following a relevant Degree Program or a Professional Qualification
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, Leadership and Interpersonal Skills
• Good knowledge and experience in Advanced Excel with analytical skills
• Willingness to work for the Australian Time (6.30am - 3.00pm) and Calendar
