Due to growth of the finance team as a result of successful sales results, we are looking for a Finance Team Lead to manage a team of 5-8 Project Controllers and who reports to the Finance Head of the Business Unit.
This role requires a strong affinity with financial and commercial topics, as well as experience in controlling the financial aspects of international projects. It offers the opportunity to lead and further develop a team of Project Controllers while contributing to successful project and business outcomes.
Success in this position is driven by a combination of people leadership capabilities and a solid project controlling background in an international environment. A good understanding of tax, legal and financial topics, together with the ability to collaborate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, is essential.
