As Team Lead, you will provide day-to-day leadership across a residential crisis service supporting women and children escaping family and domestic violence.
You will lead a team of Support Coordinators and Support Workers, ensuring the delivery of safe, trauma-informed and client-centred support while maintaining a strong focus on client outcomes, staff development and service excellence.
This is a full-time, 12-month maximum-term contract working Monday to Friday.
