The Opportunity

The Team Lead, Exterior Signage - Hospitality leads project delivery and customer experience for hospitality signage programs, partnering with customers ranging from major hotel brands and management companies to franchisees and individual property owners. This role combines project leadership, people leadership, and hospitality-focused account support to ensure programs are delivered with the responsiveness, attention to detail, and brand consistency hospitality customers expect. The Team Lead serves as a senior resource for Project Managers and Project Coordinators and works closely with customers, vendors, and internal partners to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with property and brand needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project execution for hospitality signage programs, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer expectations remain aligned from kickoff through closeout.
• Build trusted relationships with hospitality customers across a range of ownership and operating models, including national hotel brands, management companies, franchise groups, and individual property owners.
• Coach, mentor, and support Project Managers and Project Coordinators, helping establish priorities, resolve roadblocks, strengthen customer communication, and maintain accountability for project outcomes.
• Tailor communication and service delivery to the needs of each customer, from structured enterprise programs with brand standards and reporting requirements to high-touch support for independent owners and single-property projects.
• Partner with design, permitting, procurement, manufacturing, installation, vendors, and other internal teams to coordinate project requirements and proactively address risks, changes, dependencies, and quality concerns.
• Monitor project portfolios and team workload, review milestones and financial performance, and provide clear status reporting and escalation to Account Management and leadership.
• Serve as a senior customer-facing escalation point for complex project issues, helping resolve concerns quickly while protecting the customer relationship and maintaining appropriate scope and commercial expectations.
• Identify opportunities to improve project standards, templates, workflows, reporting, and team practices that strengthen consistency, efficiency, and the hospitality customer experience.

Qualifications

• 6 or more years of project management, program management, account delivery, or related experience, with demonstrated success managing complex customer-facing projects.
• Direct experience supporting hospitality customers is required, including an understanding of hotel service expectations, brand standards, and stakeholder dynamics.
• Experience working with a range of hospitality customer types, such as major hotel brands, management companies, franchisees, ownership groups, or independent property owners.
• 3 or more years of experience leading, coaching, or mentoring project teams or other customer-facing professionals.
• Strong customer relationship, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to executives, brand teams, operators, owners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects or programs simultaneously while maintaining control of schedules, budgets, risks, scope changes, and quality expectations.
• Experience with exterior signage, branded environments, construction, facilities, or a related project-based industry preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management or workflow tools, plus strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred; PMP is a plus.

Pay Transparency

$70,000.00 - $85,000.00 Annually

This range reflects the anticipated compensation for this role at the time of posting. Actual pay may vary based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, education, location, and business needs. This position may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation based on the nature of the position, individual, department, and/or company performance.

Work Environment

This role operates in a general office environment with regular collaboration across teams, customers, and external partners. The position involves extended periods of sitting, computer use, and virtual communication. Travel may be required to support customer meetings, property visits, project needs, or industry events, including occasional overnight stays.
