What will you be doing?

The Team Lead, EUC Vulnerability Management leads WWT’s End User Computing vulnerability management team — the team responsible for reviewing and prioritizing vulnerabilities across WWT’s endpoint environment, driving end-user and system remediation, and keeping devices patched and compliant. The Lead is a player-coach: still hands-on with vulnerability review, prioritization, and remediation coordination, but also responsible for setting standards, coaching the analyst and engineer team, and being the senior voice in the room when EUC leadership needs a defensible vulnerability posture.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership

  • Lead a team of EUC Vulnerability Analysts and Engineers: set priorities, coach on analytical rigor, run 1:1s, develop talent, and hold the bar on quality of work
  • Own the team’s operating cadence — intake, prioritization, work-in-progress visibility, and delivery against EUC Engineering and Operations needs
  • Represent the vulnerability management function in EUC leadership forums; translate executive direction into clear work for the team

Vulnerability Management & Remediation

  • Own the EUC vulnerability management lifecycle: scanning cadence, prioritization, end-user outreach for high-vulnerability machines, and remediation tracking through closure
  • Ensure thresholds and SLAs are being met across the EUC environment, escalating aging or high-risk findings as needed
  • Partner with other EUC teams as needed
