Team Lead, eCOA Project Management (Language Services)

The language services team within ICON is seeking highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to oversee our eCOA implementation activities.
This role involves leading a team of screen review specialists and migration project managers to ensure the successful implementation and migration of eCOA Electronic Clinical Outcomes Assessment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, technical expertise in eCOA systems, and experience in translation and localization.
Responsibilities:
Oversee a team of eCOA project managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment, and managing employees’ life cycle including appraising performance, goals and guiding professional development.
Managing the staffing of eCOA projects effectively.
Ensuring that eCOA projects are completed on time, within budget, to the highest quality standards and comply with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards and SOPs.
Providing guidance, training and professional development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in eCOA implementation & migration.
Preparing and presenting project information at internal & external meetings.
Contributing to initiatives focusing on technology, automation and process improvement.
Required knowledge, skills and abilities:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Life Sciences, PRO, information technology, project management, linguistics).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in eCOA project management, clinical research, translation and localization, with managerial experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluency in English is essential, any additional language would be a strong asset.
Strong understanding of eCOA platforms/systems and translation technologies.
Experience working with TMS and CAT tools.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients with demonstrated cultural and emotional intelligence.
Attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy in eCOA process.
Good problem-solving skills.
