At MM, you will lead our Data & Analytics team and play a key role in shaping the future IT organization and strategy of our international business. From establishing a new data landscape and implementing innovative technologies to driving service excellence, your decisions will influence how data-driven decisions are made across the organization.

For our Group IT / Digital Business Solutions team in Vienna, we are looking for an experienced Team Lead Data & Analytics who is ready to take ownership of the technical delivery.

You will help defining the architecture, protect the standards and see the results take shape across MM.

Your impact

• Drive the transformation of our IT organisation and strategy together with our Group IT colleagues
• Lead our central Data & Analytics team, fostering a high-performance culture and providing strong people leadership throughout a large-scale transformation programme
• Own the delivery and continuous improvement of assigned services, including Incident, Change and Release Management
• Optimise service quality and performance in close collaboration with IT providers and business stakeholders
• Build strong partnerships with business experts and introduce new technologies that improve business processes
• Lead the implementation of our new data landscape together with external partners

What you bring

You combine strong leadership capabilities with deep expertise in the data & analytics area and a passion for driving digital transformation. You know how to build high-performing teams, navigate complex stakeholder environments and turn innovative ideas into sustainable business value.

• A strong knowledge of data and reporting, enterprise architecture concepts and modern technologies
• Proven leadership experience, ideally gained in a comparable role
• Practical experience managing software implementation projects and driving the digitalisation of business processes
• Strong analytical skills combined with independence, reliability and a solution-oriented mindset
• A hands-on approach with the ability to quickly understand complex topics and drive execution
• Fluent executive-level English; German is an advantage
