Key Responsibilities

• Develop, innovate, execute and communicate sales plans and activities.
• Acquire new leads (e.g. by attending corporate talks, by networking with agents, lawyers and developers).
• Assign sales leads and referrals (if any) to the sales team and ensure prompt action is taken.
• Review sales target for Private Wealth team with Head of Private Wealth Sales.
• Allocate and communicate targets to Private Wealth team.
• Motivate and coach Private Wealth team.
• Monitor the team’s performance and explore opportunities to improve performance.
• Ensure the Private Wealth team is aware of the latest product information and sales techniques.
• Manage Private Wealth team’s operational activities.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience as well as service quality.
• Build and maintain long term and profitable relationship with key Private Wealth customers, including major depositors and valued customers.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate all critical or unresolved issues to the Head of Private Wealth Sales.
• Actively obtain feedback from Private Wealth customers and Private Wealth team on areas of improvement (e.g. product, process, pricing) and channel feedback to the Head of Private Wealth Sales.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.
• Actively recruit Private Wealth Relationship Managers.
• Coordinate and participate in all CIMB Private Wealth events.
