M – F 7:00am – 3:30pm/front line team-leader, managing daily / routine courier schedules and point of contact for the Bloomington area Clients
Provides direction to staff and perform duties of the area's major work functions. Coordinates scheduling, training, and inventory duties. Develops and maintains the application of courier personnel policies and ensures effective utilization of human and material resources. Trains staff on appropriate techniques and monitors performance for quality and effectiveness.
• High School Diploma/GED required. Associates Degree preferred.
•Requires 1-3 years of lab courier experience.
• Requires a valid Indiana Operator's license and a good driving history.
• Requires understanding of the traffic laws of the state of Indiana.
