Job Summary:- The Purpose of the role is to have Continuous Improvement in the organization and to have Innovation & Changes. Follow practices related to Operational Excellence, Commercial Excellence.
Qualification: - BE / BTech - Mechanical
Experience :- Min 18 – 20 years in Manufacturing environment.

• Responsible to Coach, Guide, and Educate staff members at all organizational tiers on new workflows and performance standards C.I. (Lean practices, Waste elimination etc).
• Map existing operational workflows, establish performance benchmarks, and uncover production shortfalls.
• Responsible for implementation of systems like Zoning / 5S / Standardization/ Problem Solving,
• Responsible for the Equipment Tools & to drive, improve & sustain them.
• Responsible for CI Audits & CI Projects (to Implement, Achieve, Drive, and Acquire).
• Responsible for Process development and for the Productivity.
• Responsible for Time and Motion study.
• Responsible for CI flow line and giving training to other people.
• Responsible for Waste Identification & Elimination, hence improving processes.
