What is the Team Lead - Collections?
The Team Lead – Collections (Central Region) is a critical leadership role responsible for driving receivables recovery, overdue management, and cash-flow optimization across the Central Region. The role ensures disciplined execution of Jazz’s collection strategies while maintaining strong governance, customer engagement, and compliance with internal financial controls.
The role reports directly to the Stream Head Collections and has direct supervisory responsibility over Collection Officers and OB / Field Resources. with an extended team comprising Sales, Credit Control, Billing, Finance, Legal, and CX stakeholders.
