We’re looking for a Clinical Team Leader who can bring people together, build clinical confidence and turn high standards into everyday practice. You’ll play a key role in supporting our clinicians, navigating complex risks and ensuring our growing services continue to deliver safe, quality care.

The Role

As Clinical Team Leader, you’ll support the day to day performance and development of our Care and Assessment Clinicians. Working closely with Clinical Governance and Operations, you’ll provide clinical supervision, guide escalations and help translate clinical standards into consistent, high quality practice.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop clinical teams: Coach and support Care and Assessment Clinicians, building a collaborative, high performing team.
• Manage workforce needs: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, rostering, performance and professional development.
• Provide clinical supervision: Ensure supervision and competency requirements are met and documented.
• Guide clinical decisions: Support complex escalations with practical advice and sound clinical judgement.
• Manage risks and incidents: Oversee risk escalation, incident management and SIRS requirements with Clinical Governance.
• Monitor performance: Track KPIs, caseloads, competencies, incident trends and workforce metrics, reporting to the Head of Clinical Governance.

What You’ll Bring

• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience leading, supervising or coaching clinical teams.
• A background in aged care or home care, with sound knowledge of clinical risk and quality standards.
• Strong communication, problem solving and reporting skills.
• A proactive mindset and genuine interest in improving care through innovation.

Experience with Support at Home, clinical governance, incident management or complex care is highly regarded.
