This is your chance to join the C&A team as a Team Lead - CC/DCC (m/f/d)!

This role is based in our office in Hückelhoven and will require 3 days/week on site.

Your responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations within the CC/DCC, ensuring quality, efficiency, and cost control
• Ensure the timely and accurate consolidation and forwarding of shipments to destination distribution centers
• Develop and implement localized processes and standards to optimize operational efficiency and maintain high-quality outputs
• Act as the main escalation point for operational issues within the CC/DCC and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve challenges
• Monitor and control facility-specific KPIs (e.g., throughput, lead times, error rates) and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the CC/DCC team, fostering a culture of high performance and engagement
• Collaborate with central teams (e.g., Transportation, Warehousing, Planning) to ensure alignment and seamless integration of operations

What you bring

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent qualifications)
• 3–5 years of experience managing logistics or operations within a retail business, preferably fashion
• Strong understanding of logistics operations, particularly within a consolidation center or distribution environment
• Proven leadership skills with experience in guiding and motivating teams in an operational setting
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges
• Analytical mindset and experience in monitoring, reporting, and optimizing KPIs for facility performance
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience managing internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in logistics software and analytical tools relevant to facility management
• Fluency in spoken and written English and German
